Flagstaff Summit Park – Site Plan and Renovation
The City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) has hired Loris and Associates (LORIS) to assist thier staff in preparing conceptual plans for potential infratructure improvements to the Flagstaff Summit Park.
Improvements to the Flagstaff Summit were first identified in OSMP’s West TSA.
LORIS was hired in July of 2011 to assist OSMP staff to identify issues and potentials for improvement in the existing infrastructure and then develop conceptual plans for consideration.
Based upon the initial project meeting, OSMP staff developed the Project Prospectus.
LORIS then collaborated with OSMP in several project meetings and site visits to establish the conceptual improvement plans.
The project goals, guiding principles, project approach and conceptual plans will be discussed at the Senior Management Meeting on October 3, 2011.
