LORIS engineered nearly one mile of improvements to Airport Road, as well as a bridge replacement over Left Hand Creek and improvements to SH 119. Work included grading, drainage, pavement design, floodway design of Left Hand Creek, and roadway hydraulics. The bridge is a one-span, 68.5-ft. long by 72.5-ft. wide pre-stressed structure with aesthetic detailing reminiscent of local agricultural buildings. The total construction cost of the project was estimated at $2.4 million.
