Peter J. Loris, P.E.
Principal
Pete Loris is the principal and owner of LORIS. He is the overall business manager for the firm, and he provides project management on select projects. Pete has more than 30 years experience, including eight years at some of the nation’s leading design firms and research institutions. He is a registered professional engineer in Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, and New Mexico. During the course of his career, Pete has been project manager and/or project engineer for a wide range of challenging projects including bridges, roadways, buildings, trails, and marine facilities. He is also adept at public process and consensus building.
Pete’s diverse background gives him unique knowledge of many civil engineering systems and material types, resulting in cost-effective, innovative solutions. His desire to create aesthetic structure and infrastructure is appreciated by the numerous clients that have benefited from his vision. As an engineer and business owner, Pete’s mission is to help shape our infrastructure into a safe and healthy environment.
